Sanitization
Every kettle, utensil, filling line and all other systems have a sanitization procedure which is followed according to protocol and documented into a log for every batch made. This Log is open to scrutiny and may be a matter of record should a look back be required. This is all part of Good Manufacturing Practices.
Filling and Assembly
Filling and Assembly is done according to the specifications set for each product. Both production managers and the in-house mechanical teams have years of experience and professional know how to assure the proper completion of each production run.
