Our manufacturing plants are located in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are always thriving to modernize our processes so that they best utilize our capacities. Our compounders and batch makers receive regular training educating them about materials and their safe handling. Thus the finished product transitions completely from the lab bench to the manufacturing floor. The entire process is aided by computers which track orders and sequence them from raw materials to finished goods.

Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices is always in progress.  The achievement of this task is our pride in what we do.  Our clients are welcome to inspect our processes as a diner should be welcome to inspect a kitchen in a restaurant.  Please don't hesitate to ask.

OTC Management

OTC & SPF drugs are produced at Ariel under close scrutiny by the United States Food & Drug Administration.  Ariel is registered with the FDA. Compliance is a daily task involving ongoing long term studies and record keeping assuring the dose of delivery is reliable from batching, to packaging, to long term stability in the package itself.

We feel that the most effective forms of cosmetics and treatments need to fall under OTC guidelines.  We look forward to meeting your OTC needs.

Quality Assurance

Our QA team is comprised of skilled and highly trained individuals in every aspect of the manufacturing process.  In our Labs batches are measured and tested to assure that they meet specifications.  All batches are sampled for Microbiological contamination.  OTC batches are Assayed to assure that all the active ingredients are present in the levels as designed to meet SPF values etc.  The production lines have their own team of QA people that sample products as they are filled to assure consistent fills, labeling and packaging specifications.  The entire facility is periodically swabbed and checked Microbiologically to assure the reasonable Micro Flora of the environment. All this is to maintain control and to record each and every lot of product produced at Ariel.
